Shockingly Nintendo are one of the only companies that have gone above and beyond to keep bad press down when it comes to customer service.
I purchased Mk8 Wii U collectors pre order from them. Something went wrong with shipping and everyone would be delayed their copy by a few HOURS.
Nintendo emailed everyone an apology. Then an update it’ll be a day late, or even possibly 3 days due to the weekend.
Nintendo emailed out digital copies of the game to everyone.
Monday came, my copy came. Sold the disc off as Nintendo did me a solid by giving me a digital copy. Out standing service.
